Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern access to and use of the tunedr platform, accessible at tunedr.fr. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Access to the service

tunedr is a social music platform that allows you to:

• Share audio tracks (independent music, personal creations)
• Discover artists and interact with the community (likes, comments, follows)
• Save and organise music
• Collaborate with other artists

The service is currently free. Paid features may be introduced in the future.

2. Registration conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old to create a tunedr account
• The information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date
• Only one account per person is allowed
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password

3. Published content

By publishing content on tunedr, you declare:

• To be the author of the content or to hold the necessary rights to share it
• Not to publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent or pornographic content
• Not to infringe the copyright of a third party
• Not to publish content for spam or unauthorised commercial promotion purposes

You retain full rights over your creations. By publishing on tunedr, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and revocable licence to display, reproduce and distribute your content solely within the scope of the tunedr service. This licence ends upon deletion of the content or the account.

4. Conduct on the platform

It is prohibited to:

• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to hack or compromise the security of the platform
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the service

5. Moderation

tunedr reserves the right to remove any content that violates these conditions, without notice. In case of serious or repeated infringement, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings (Settings > Deactivate my account). Deletion results in the permanent erasure of your data within the timeframes set out in our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

tunedr is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability. tunedr cannot be held responsible for content published by users or indirect damages related to the use of the platform.

8. Changes

These conditions may be changed at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
